Backing up to 'the cloud' has been a lengthy and expensive business, but as broadband speeds have increased and products have changed this is now a viable and indeed, sensible option for most people.

In addition to regular local backups, I recommend using the free service offered by Mozy to automatically backup the most important files.

And if your business can not run without a computer, you can not afford to not have a backup computer for WHEN the primary one fails. This must be maintained with current software and tested periodically as part of your disaster recovery plan.
