As an existing client I am happy to offer 15 minutes free remote support a month.  This covers phone calls, e-mails and remote connections where I can see your screen without the time and expense involved in a visit.  This allows me to provide a very fast remedy to many problems.  If you notice a blue icon in your system tray this shows that a remote connection is possible.  When there is an active connection your wallpaper will automatically be temporarily replaced by a plain blue background and a balloon in the system tray will name the person who is connected.  I do require your authorisation before I connect remotely.  If you would like to change the password at any time to prevent further connections, this may be done from the options menu.  If you have no such icon you may download the free program that enables it by clicking here.
