Remember to download these then disconnect from the Internet before uninstalling your current similar product and installing one of the above.

For additional protection as well as a traditional anti-virus and Interner security products, consider running the free ThreatFire program available from
http://www.threatfire.com/
This works by examining programs behaviour rather than signature patterns, and so is better able to detect viruses in the early days after release before traditional products can update their datafile downloads.
