Eugene's observations

I was interested to see that Which? have recently compared 'The best and worst phone and broadband bundles'. They asked almost 5000 people to rate their provider in terms of overall satisfaction and likelihood of recommending to a friend. The top three with over 73% were PlusNet, O2 and Utility Warehouse. The worst three with less than 47% were BT, AOL and Orange.
