I needed a reasonably major computer re-build involving the installation of a new external multimedia drive. A key requirement was the safe transfer of all programmes, files etc. from the old drive. I use Eugene's excellent eBay service to sell small items which I can readily post to him. His service is second to none, the auction display on the site is of the highest order with high quality photographs of the items for sale and a very detailed description taken directly from the manufacturer's literature. The small charge made for this service is well worth the investment as the auctions have, so far, been most successful - far more so than would have been the case had I or my wife tried to do it ourselves. As with all dealings with 1ComputerCare we are given regular feedback and all the detail we could need about the sale and its outcome. I contacted Eugene at 1ComputerCare when my pc, which is only three years old, slowed to such an alarming degree that it became virtually useless. Eugene came and picked up the machine and when it was returned it functioned as well or better than the day I bought it.
